Booking a stay is tantamount to accepting the regulations which everyone must read.

The owner has the right to immediately expel persons who break the following regulations, without refunding the payment for the unused stay.

1.

The hotel day starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure.
 

2.

The payment for the stay is collected on the day of arrival upon check-in, unless the payment has been made earlier

3.

Upon arrival, we charge a refundable deposit of PLN 500 (in cash) against possible damages. The deposit will be fully refunded upon departure, provided no damage is done.

4.

The guest is not allowed to transfer the house to other people, even if the period for which he has paid the fee has not expired.
 

5.

In the event of shortening the period of stay by the Lessor, the amount for the unused period is not refunded.

The curfew is on from 22.00 to 6.00 am

​ 7.

There is an absolute ban on cigarettes, candles and any other type of open fire that may cause a fire hazard in the house and on the terrace.

​ 8.

Smoking cigarettes only in designated places.

​

​ 9.

It is forbidden to climb stairs to the first floor in shoes. Please use slippers.

10.

​ Children must be supervised at all time by adults both in the cottage and throughout the property.
​

11.

​ The area with the obstacle course is intended for use by persons under 50 kg and its use must be supervised by a guardian. We are not responsible for abrasions or other damage. It is not a playground adapted to EU standards, therefore its use is solely at your own risk.

12.

​ The garden area is located in the "Natura 2000" area, therefore we ask you to behave in harmony with nature, i.e. not to leave litter, not to harass the encountered animals. We especially ask you to be careful and not to walk over tall grasses and bushes. There is a risk of encountering a Zigzag Viper. We warn against breaking branches.
 

13.

We are not responsible for items left in the houses and on the premises of the complex. ​

 

14.

We are not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a guest. The guest acknowledges that the car park located on the premises of the complex is an unguarded car park​.

15.

The guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of the houses, caused by his fault or the fault of people visiting him. ​

16.

If the client does not arrive by midnight on the first day of stay and has not reported the delay, the booking will be canceled automatically.

17.

The owner is not responsible for any lack of electricity / internet for reasons beyond the owner's control, e.g. caused by a lack of electricity in the area, caused by a power grid failure.

18.

When leaving the house on the day of departure, the client hands over the house to the owner:

Cleaned, empties rubbish bins (segregates waste into prepared containers), informs about the damage.
